    Fluctuations In Body Weight

    I'm doin Test Prop. about 300mg a week, and D-Bol 30 mg a day and i've noticed my weight fluctuates up and down like yesterday I weighed nearly 170 now today I weigh only about 164 or so, i've been taking in roughly the same diet nearly everyday. Is this just do to losing water or could I be losing muscle?

    Humm... I hate to tell ya bro, but if you lost 6lbs of muscle in 24 hours, you're dead in about a week.

    Do you weigh at the same time each day?

    He might be on to something here, are you wei***ng youself at different times of the day maybe? I fluctuate as much as 2-3 pounds between one day and the next, but thats when I weigh about 250 lbs. I like to weigh myself when I get up in the morning on an empty stomach. Should have the lowest weight, and most accurate upon rising from bed.

    bro, wei***ng yourself everyday f's with your head...Try to weigh yourself only once a week at the same time each day. Best early in the morn before you eat or drink anything.

    Yeah maybe i'm just being paranoid, I'm about 30lbs away from my goal for this year. I have such a hard time putting on muscle mass its not even funny. I guess b/c my parents weren't big people, but I am naturally lean, so there is some plus points there I could say. Thats why I made the decision to break through my genetic barrier and well u can't do that so much with protein shakes and creatine alone, u need an actual drug to go in and physically enhance ur muscle mass.
