There are designer steroids that get around the law. The thing about them is they have not gone through rigorous testing the real deal has gone through, and therefore maybe more harmful. Liver toxicity seems to be an issue, as well as PCT since these are aromtizing agents people often use over the counter PCT and end up with bitch tits.
