    Var @50/day or var @75/day

    I am thinking of adding more var to my cycle. I want to know if there is any differenc between var @ 50/day and 75/day. I found a good source for it and am going to run 50/day for 7 weeks in my test e cycle end but can run it now for 8 weeks @75/day. Wanting to know of any pros or cons to upping the dose.

    var

    170lbs-190 40-50mg var. daily (MEN)
    190lbs-210 60mg
    210lbs-230 70mg ----just what Ive notice to work,in the past, i'm 230 and always use at least 70-80mg, its MILD!!!!dont worry go with the 70mg+, if you can afford it.

    At 230lbs I always run 70mg var with, t-cyp at 600 weekly, this is a mild safe cycle---

    what would you recommend for 220 lbs...i am curently taking 50 and its been 2 weeks

    how are your results thus far?

    and to the guy who started the thread, many people will sya 70mgs if you can, but var is mild and is supposed to be mild, so id run 50mgs. people do such high doses casue they are trying to mimick the more potent steroids' muscle building properties......this is NOT what var is really for IMO

    Waste of a compound IMO, if you want a useful oral that will provide results whether bulking or cutting use anadrol.

    IB, what would you suggest running var at? what does would not be considered "a waiste?" like 40mgs ed?

    I wouldn't run var again, it's like Primo not worth the money or the time for building mass IMO.

    Good for models or people who are extremely lean and aren't looking to put on a significant amount of LBM.
    I've also seen it used at 30-40mg/day at the end of cycles to help transition into PCT or HRT for certain competitors.

    man!!! i was getting stoked for stockin up on var for the next cycle of mine! i was gonna run 50mgs for like 8wks towards the end

    Try it out, you'll see what I mean. It's just expensive and doesn't provide the results most people expect that's all.

    A good friend of mine who does muscle mag shoots uses it 4wks out at low dosages because it promotes hardness and vascularity when your bodyfat is in the single digits. Otherwise just work on your diet and you'll see similar results IMO.

    Try it out and see, I'm just giving you my input.

    ^^^gotchya. ya, when my diet is spot on perfect for a couple months, i really feel alot harder and fuller all day. prob similar to what anavar provides results wise

    I agree with the ar vet, var is great if your VERY lean or want to increase power without the addition of bodyweight, a test/var combo is great but, turnibol would be a better choice.If your 220lbs dont bother with any less than 60mgs of var, remember you have to saturate the receptors.

    That is true!
    But i also found that for ME var at 80mg/day promotes fat loss.. I even loose significantly more fat than using tren at comparable dosages.
    Var is worthless for bulking tho IMO.

    Var makes you strong and vascular

    I'm 210 and I run 80mg/ED. ANAVAR has an anabolic rating above 320. So it's a kick ass steroid. But MILD on your body. Just take cholesterol supps.

    I just started running 40mgs & I weight 250lbs.
    Not running it for size, just to lean out and to aid fatloss with all the cardio.

    I started this last friday at 60mg and already notice results in my stomach, in how hard i am and vascularity.

    I always go with 50-70 mg var, always works well.
