    Food Item for Fiber

    I have been Told that eating Green Plantain has alot of Fiber but what else can I eat that have alot of fiber and how much is the amount per Day??????????????

    you can have brocolli, spinach, oats, beans and my personal favoryte for fyber wheat bran, beware of this last one, just 1 cup (around 120 cals) will throw you into the bathroom in no time

    I get all my fiber from oats.

    All Bran Origional all the way....48% of recomended daily intake of fiber per 1/2 cup.

    I was at work yesterday, I work at a japanese resturant, and I saw the container that seaweed salad comes in. I could not believe my eyes. For a 1 oz serving it says there are 14grams of fiber. Totally amazing.

    if that doesn't do it ...one tablespoon of Konsil per day will fix you right up

    try english muffin light, it has 8 g of fiber each
