Some people says that Cals and Carbs in Vegs shouldnt be counted (not the starchy ones).
What do you guys think?, if you agree with the previous statment then do you think that that also would be applied to masive ammounts of them, like 5 cups of brocolli, 5 tomatoes, 5 cups of green beans or a whole head of lettuce? Do you think digesting them would burn more cals than eating them?, Do you think consuming this ammounts can slow down the cutting progress of anyone?
any thoughts appreciated
