Test E Frequency?

I have taking my Test E at 250mg 3 times a week. Am I better off doing it at 375mg twice a week or does it not make any difference?

the amount doesn't matter as much as the proper timing. With test E the effective half life is 3.5 days , so twice a week is the magic number

So you are saying not to do it 3 times a week or that it doesn't matter

3 is ok, but you run into making sure its EOD then and switching days every week. with the 3.5 each week, you do a Monday morning shot adn a Thursday evening shot and you are golden

How is the test E working for you, is it oral or injections. I've heard bad things about just oral cycles. I have no experience yet with cycles or anabolics, but looking for info. . Any help would be nice.

test e is injectable
