    Total Lower lymbar reconstructed...

    its been 2 yrs since my last surgery... L 1 down to L 5 all steal.. I've been through the pain of the rest of my spine realigning with the now installed steal... The rest of my back is not in good shape via a painfull disk test. ( they pump iar into disk space to check PSI with pain) I failed..I have a piched nerve in my neck and went blind in my right eye... its back but still blurryCt brain scans CTA intracranials this week... I have severe full body pain from nerve damage and pinched nerves... hips...knees numb feet left side is worse S 1 is crushed with scar tissue around it... arms go numb when laying down due to pinched nerves in my elbows... sleep..haha what sleep... been to rehab 4 times with no results.. I've been told over and over from rehab to surgens to nuroligists they dont know what to do... or even where to start... When this started they said I would never walk again!!!!! BS THEY WHERE SO WRONG!!!!!

    so I ride the bike 40 minutes to an hour a day!
    I use alot of hammer strength machines and cable machines for my workouts. Everything I do is slow Controlled and perfect form. I dont do to failure..close but i stay away...

    My midsection is my problem... haha well more than a problem...

    I really need advise for What excersises you think can work for me. I have a few that i do now but i would like to here if anyone is in my position or knows anyone that is and what works for them....

    I know this might be pissing in the wind but I'm getting really good at it LMAO
