id go with diet and cardio...
t3 only cycle is not the best way to run it.
Try clen/T3
im on clen now but looking to go to T3 next week.
Would steer clear of T3 unless you are running AS, it will eat muscle even at lower doses without some anabolics in there.
if your running aas with it.. run it @ 50mcg ed
