injection help have painful lump?

im on my 4th week of test cyp 600 mg per week 2 shots eaverytime i inject the next day it hurts and i have a lump am i doing something wrong ?

also taking 10mgs of nolva per will this help cut down on water retetion?

i also have a very bad cough i have has it for 2 weeks is this cause of the test?

also taking 10mgs of nolva per will this help cut down on water retetion? Not 100% sure about nolva, i think it will help some but most would tell you to use ldex or letro for water retention. Every where you read nolva is used more to prevent tities

i also have a very bad cough i have has it for 2 weeks is this cause of the test?If its only a cough i wouldnt worry about it. Might be from the test playing with your imune system, but its not as bad as having a fever or a flu

How deep are you going, and try massaging after each shot.. Most likely its oil being poorly distributed

i'd say your injecting too fast and maybe even using too big of a needle, like they all said above, go in slow and gentle, kind of like having sex with a virgin

thanks guys i am using a 22g 1 1/2 needle wheni shot in my leg i couldnt walk at all my ass just hurts to sit on it and theres a lump ill try to go slower
