End of week 5
I gained 6 lbs by the end of week 4 with little bloat at all. Weighed myself yesterday and was down 3 lbs. Assuming this is just water fluctuation. Definite strength gains and I can notice a big change in muscle mass already. Any ideas on when the "magic" really happens? Which week?
