ive got some deca im saving for my next cycle. it says to store it at room temp and it expires in three months (i know u can use it after the date). is it better to keep it in the fridge meaning will it keep longer?

If you put it in the fridge, you're probably going to get the hormone to drop out of solution. You probably don't have to worry about the expiration date.

storing it in the fridge may make your Deca lose potency, store it at room temp out of the sun

Any injectable AAS should not be exposed to refrigerated temps, with the exception of climatic exposure during mail transport during the course of a delivery.
Always, always try and keep your gear as close to room temp as possible.
