Hi guys can help you check the cycle below please and give me any suggestion. I am on my first big cycle and I want to build some real mass but also to cut and rip more than anything else. I have done a 15 weeks on wins last year. I lost some fat and packed some mass but now I want really a fuller and ripped shape.
I have been training for while but no satisfaction on losing the extra kilos on around the waist line. I am new guys, please help me create a training routine. Should I do only two muscle groups a day? Should I do cardio every day?
