I am 5,8. 159 pounds and have around 12 % bf.
I am on the 2nd week of the following cycle:
Week 1 - 3 Test E 400mg/week
Week 4 - 7 TEst E 400mg/week --- aromasin 20mg ED
Week 7-10 Test E 400mg/week -- Winny 50mg/EOD -- Aromasin 20mg/ED
Week 11- Winny 50 mg/EOD -- aromasin 20mg ED
PCT just Nolva
First injection was a lil bit scary, took me a good 2 minutes to be able to do it, was a lil bit painfull 2. I moved the seringe a whole lot in there. (Injection directions on steroid.com are great). I ll keep posting and hopefully this will be of use for someone in the future. Ahh yea.. i have gained 3 pounds but not much change....
I am now on my second week of Test E and not much is going on besides a few good pumps and a lil acne. I heard that the third week is when it starts to really kick in... Looking forward to that..
