its not hard to make a pct on your own. We all did it. Research on different serms, ai's, or hcg and see what would best fit for your cycle. Dont expect to just jump on here and get someone to give you a pct. First of all, everyones different and what someone tells might not work for you. You have to see what actually works for you.
