If your rotator cuff is snap crackle and popping you could have torn the cartilage or have some inflammation. cj1 is correct that a nandrolone may help the symptoms. I have heard different reasons why it works but i'm not sure which is correct. I can tell you that I have added small amounts of NPP
200mg/week to a cycle to alleviate pain in my hips from osteoarthritis.
This however masks symptoms and you really should see a physical therapist.
I have occasional problems with my right shoulder. Certain lifts like heavy lateral flys for the middle delts can over develop that muscle which causes problems if your stabilizing muscles are not sufficiently developed.
A good physical therapist can evaluate your problem and suggest the proper stretches and training to minimize the problem or tell you it is time for surgery.
If it is inflammation ibproffin postwork is good as well as ice packs.

Take the physical therapist suggestion seriously that is the real answer. The other stuff can make matters worse if it allows you to continue making the same error but could be used to your advantage in a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

I knew what is query was about, but I didn't find any humor in it. I guess I'm just not that easily amused.
