Im 7 weeks out and around 8% body fat. I am still continuing to take 5IU of humalog insulin after weight training sessions. Do you reckon I can risk doing this at the moment or is it too counterproductive to fat burning?

^^Yea you can continue it.
It's applicability depends on how you've laid your diet out.
Are you running anabolics along with the insulin?
Not sure if it's worth the risk coz IMO its benefits aren't that great. But as Nark said, if you have your diet in tact, you should have no dramas.
