I seem to have a hard time loseing fat and keeping muscle while i cut, but than when i bulk, BOOM all the muscle i lost comes back within 2weeks. When i cut i mainly do half cardio and high rep wieghts, when i bulk i do low rep wieghts. When you guys use deca and clen etc for cutting do they help preserve muscle by alot? i cut without using AAS but next time when i cut i will use clen will that help preserve muscle while burning fat?
