Hello, obviously I'm a new guy with a few questions. First, a few things about me. I'm a 23 year old 5'10" male and weigh a whopping 155 lbs. Ive been going to the gym routinely for the past 8 months and have a proper diet the entire time. The first few months I was noticing a steady increase in my performance at the gym, but for the past few months I have seen absolutely no return on my workouts. I havent been able to increase weight (both my weight and bar weights at the gym), and have had no visible difference. As you know, going to the gym for a few months is getting hard to do when I'm not getting any return, and I'm finally fed up with it. So with that, its leading me to try alternatives for muscle/weight gain. So with all that being said, are steroids the right thing to try? Or is there something else I should be trying first. Any insight would be helpful, and please dont laugh too hard at the new puny guy.![]()
