you havent eaten. empty stomach. no carbs.
I was wondering the same thing this morning and been googling.. I thought I might be alone on this one, guess not... You also lose 2-3 pounds from water while you sleep and dairy products cause bloating..
so it looks like the morning of a show you dont eat anything to keep your self from bloating because im going to do my first show and i dont want to look washed out i have read some of the articles on water and sodium depletion but my abs are clean cut in the am do i realy need to mess with sodium and potasium,
ha, yea same here.
Im the am I feel "hell yea, they are comming out"
In the pm I'm like, "damn dude, you need to get on the tread mill"
then sometimes in the am i see 4 viens in my lower abs then pm there gone, does water get in there and store in the cells when i was a kid i could pack down 3 big macs and still look ripped

mft81 thanks, this forum is very informative what do you think on this subject,do you think that when you consume carbs through out the day that it washes you out then holds water below your belly button or it just fat and more diet is needed ,and anabolic ceo say it maybe insulin
good thread here i know one of you are dying to enlighted us all what is the scientific explanation?
thats something i really want to understand im thinking maybe its the balance between water and sodium and the food we eat ,now i would love to know what happens as we sleep why when we wake up were more tight
