b12 help

hey.
I just got some injectable b12 and it comes in 6 powder vials and 6 solvent vials.
I've read about it on the forum and found that most people do 1000mcg ED or EOD but each one of my vials after mixed gives me 2ml of 20000µg or 10000µg/ml how do i dosage this?
Can someone help me out?

1st I only do 1000ius once a week not ED...
2nd..1 ml = 10k..So if you want 1000iu's, get a slin pin and withdraw to the first number which should be 10 on a 1 cc syringe..A 1 cc slin pin full = 1 ml or 10,000 ius for you..so you need 1/10 of 1 cc. Hope this helped you..If not PM and I'll explain further for you.

And what do i do to the rest of the solution in the ampoule?
Won't it be ruined if i let it open?
