    Keeping my pump

    was'up peoples.... i've noticed during my PCT and recovery time i loose my pump. Just wanted to ask for some ideas or what i should take inorder to maintain a little pump.

    Many use creatine. I take 2 weeks off then gradually work back into my normal routine, my body doesnt recover well when harmones are crashing.

    I always use creatine but it doesnt seem to help

    yep, during recovery when ur catabolic u gotta be careful bout the training..

    BigGuns, when do you take two weeks off? Before PCT? During PCT? Sorry for the highjack, btw.

    it would definetly be during since you are producing NO to very lil endogenous test which means u can VERY QUICKLY go catabolic and eat ur own muscle

    alot of guys go a bit lighter and more reps when finishing a cycle...then gradually go back heavy or their normal training...
