Ouch

This is my second cycle I have done in the last year. The problem I am having is the pain and sorness that comes with the shots. I atlernate between shoulders and and then butt cheeks, but I get so sore and it "lumps" up a bit around the injection site. I am using sustanon 300 and doing 300 mg a week. Then I am going to switch to Testenanthate. So what shoud I do

try applying heat to the injection area and massage it.

Welcome to anabolics where things are not as easy as all think.

I usually massage the site before and after inject. or take a warm shower after inject usually helps me too.
