Which steriod is best for cardio?

Not a marathon runner or anything but I am an athlete. I am looking to put on size but I don't want my cardio to go to hell.

Steroids won’t make your cardio “go to hell”. Tren has been reported to have negative effects on cardio but I find that statement to be greatly exaggerated. Just keep doing your cardio and you will be fine.

Also you might want to look into EQ, it has been reported to be good for cardio.

I think the steroids that put on alot of water weight are not good, because it's just extra weight you need to lug around. So with that being said, choose one that doesn't do that. And considering all steroids increase red blood cell count, they'll all benefit cardio because it makes you much more efficient at oxygen transportation in the body.

I don't do a lot of intense cardio while on for two reasons: concurrent training limits strength gains (lots of recent studies) and the heart is a muscle with too many links to heart damage while on...

Your intentions while on a cycle should be building up as much lean body mass as you can... that's the whole purpose really... other than modest cycles for sparing LBM while cutting...

The lean body mass gained from the cycle should allow you to return to heavy cardio post-cycle (or once plasma androgen levels drop to nominal levels) stronger and more productive; hopefully without too much of a back step...

anything that puts a lot of weight on your body that its not used to will hinder any cardio you do,thats just common sense mate...............

I Do Run 1/2 Marathons And I'm Currently On Tren/test Which Is Said To Be Bad On Cardio, But I Haven't Noticed Any Major Negative Effects.

    roids and cardio

I am training to run a 1/2 marathon (have not actually ran it yet) and I like to run a cycle of deca (100 mg per week) with test (250 mg per week). This is a low dose based on my bodyweight (235)

My cardio has really improved on this cycle, I can run 11 miles without stopping but I avoid heavy weight training (puts on too much weight).

I definitely "feel" a lot better doing cardio training while on cycle in comparison to how I feel doing the same training off cycle. I am less tired when doing cardio training, I recover faster from intense cardio workouts, etc.

All steroids are ok with cardio.

Winstrol is good for strength and sprint bursts.

    Remember Ben Johnson???

Winstrol is good... it allows one to benefit from the AAS ability to cross bind to glucocorticoids; without estrogen leading to getting soft (edema and fat retention/gain). It would be something to stack with a modest dose of testosterone to allow for hard training, limit muscle wasting and blunt signs of overtraining... typical cutting drug...
