Three squirts of what letro. It depends on the dosing of the particular letro you are using. You should be asking if .5mg (for example) is enough or 1.0mg is enough not how many squirts man.

3 squirts of letro from ar-r = .75mg thats prob more than enough. .5mg is what i take. its worked for me and i still have a sex drive. anything higher than .5mg and mine goes away, GL!

same here i still seem to have some sexdrive on .5mg, but i'm running it through my cycle so my sex drive is comeing up more becuase of the test.
