    Self HRT???

I have read many of theHRT forum posts, and have noticed that generallyall the people in there get prescreibed between 100-200 mg of test each week. How bad would it be to put yourself on 200mg a week. Do you think there would be decent gains at all or nothing to even waste time thinking about?

200mg testosterone per week is an acceptable HRT. I dont know what you are meaning by gains, thats not what HRT is about. Instead of coming off some guys will do a low dose test-only run to maintain gains and forgo PCT. If you are asking about this and/or are young this is not a good idea for you.

You will gain a dependency on exogeneous test for life. If that is what you mean by gains? Hope you love needles for the rest of your life.

I went to a HRT clinic and found that my levels are low. They wanted to use low level to bring mine up, but we are going to have to compromise. If I am going to stick myself once a week for 250mg then I am going to stick myself twice a week and get some decent gains from it.

200mg a week of Testosterone would give you decent gains if it's your first-ever cycle and you're a beginner. Receptors would be fresh and highly responsive.

But as HRT, that's longterm, and as MartyMcFly said, you'd need to shoot up for the rest of your life.

If you're interested in HRT and you truly believe you need it, then it shouldn't hurt to go to your doctor and you can get them legally there (if you qualify).
