Hey Lion, I wanted to thank you for the quick delivery service. I got my package within 2 days no problem.
As far as the clen/t3 goes, I am starting in 2 days within a strict cutting diet that was posted by Rambo a while back. I am going to follow the clen outlined my Beast but I was curious to know if (1) pump of clen spray equals 20mcg??
I am currently 5'10", 170lbs 34" waist and I think I am at like 19% BF, but not sure. I am trying to get down to at least 9%. I will keep you guys posted.
Also this is my first post but I have been reading for quite a while and just want to say I think everyone here does a great job helping eachother. Keep up the good work guys.
