Yea I had some idiot ask me for a source last week in a PM, the dude had like 147 posts, and I had never seen a single one of his posts...Normally Id report that kinda shit but I just deleted it wasnt even worth the time..I just dont know where these people who have NO IDEA about the community and hardly know anyone get off asking for sources...Originally Posted by SnaX

if someone PMs you asking for a source find a scammer list on another site and direct them to a scammer

I've had pm's for a source and I have just over 100 post. been a member sense August 06. you can find a source just by reading post and put 2 and 2 together. 45 days 100 post? Every body has been there. I have never bothered for a source check because i didn't think i would get one. I am sure a lot of people on this board can figure it out if they just read.

I agree. there are a lot of post whores that gain Fare more post faster. A lot us chose to read and learn. There are a lot good info and peaple to learn from on this board.

Its that time of year where they are thinking of summer and want to jump on the " I need ripped for summer" bandwagon.
Also I was just informed that we are now higher on the google search chain so we are getting many more hits that way too

I agree. I've been a member since January '06, and I can guarantee that 95% of the people who signed up after me have more posts. Some join the board to read and learn, while others join to float around and post-whore. To each his own. Although I agree that there are a lot of newbs out there (who may or may not ask dumb questions), I don't think it's right to make them feel alienated and pull this "clique" kinda stuff. Just my .02, people need to start somewhere, no one is born with a wealth of steroid knowledge. -B-STRONG

I completely agree with that, as I have been new to some boards but not the community...However if you are ASKING someone for a source, and you dont even have any references (you know, a name built up on another board) or at least something to know your a credible person (i.e.-not a ****in cop) it makes it quite obvious that you're ignorant to the community.

with domain name steroid.com, its gonna be one of the first things people type in that decide they wanna turn to internet to learn about or find gear. the old address here was anabolicreview.com, but then it changed to steroid.com and that seemed to be when a flood of members started coming. its high amount of members and traffic that create money for the site, quality is ranked lower in the list

Why do people get so offended by source checks? No offence to the mods but they don't know every source. And if they aren't on other boards there is a good chance they are out of the loop.
