    4 Weeks In Test Cyp

    I'm four weeks into my very fist cycle. I am using Test Cyp at 400mg/week.
    I'm 24 5'11" and was 170lbs at start 11% BF. About 6 months ago I was at 178lbs but had since cut down. Now into week four of my cycle I have seen great strength gains.

    Weight is currently at 182lbs. L-dex is being taken daily and have nolva on hand. So I'm up 12lbs in four weeks which is good but I can accomplish this without test on my current routine, which consist of 3500-4000 calories per day, 220g of protein, and heavy lifting. I also have been taking creatine but recently stopped several days ago.

    How much of my gains do all think is water? I realize 12lbs is good but as everyone knows this can be done in 4 weeks with the proper diet, lifting, and creatine. What do you all think? Is my goal of 190lbs cut realistic? Im hoping to hit 195 or so and figure 5 of it will be bloat or water lost to get to 190lbs and then maintain maintain maintain....

    I'm right at 184lbs today. BF is still at 11%. Strength is up and I feel much harder. How do you know how much of the weight you have put on 4-5 weeks into a test cycle is water?

    I will try and post some. Unfortunately I don't have any before shots so it would be difficult to compare, although I suppose you could see if I looked bloated or not.

    relax, you're on the right track. Week 4, I start to notice an increased libido and energy and by week 7 the gains start rolling.

    I'm sure you're right. Just weird when the scale says you weigh 12lbs more than you did four weeks ago and yet I don't really feel any bigger, just stronger. Im anxious for the next 4 weeks to see what progress I can make and hopefully reach my goal of 190lbs clean post PCT. Thanks for the input. Please feel free to critique me and where I am lacking.

    The gains look pretty dry, not much bloat going on.

    did you change your diet before you began your cycle? Maby you need to up your cals again to continue growing?

    I began increasing my caloric intake 8 weeks prior to starting the cycle. Went from about ~2400 a day to nearly 4000 a day, and sometimes more if its not clean, which is where I am at right now and was at on the beginning of the cycle.

    that might be why you aren't gaining right now. I'd add another 500 cals. Say you're eating 3,600 clean cals now, raise them to 4,100 for a week or two. Then as you progress through your cycle, you can raise or lower them as needed.

    Just finished up week 5. During week 4 I noticed a huge spike in my labido, which has since declined. Really no side effects at this point save a little acne on my back.

    I weighed in today at 187.5lbs and body fat is at 10%. I have definately noticed I have not been gaining over the past week as rapidly as I did during the first four weeks. I cannot complain though, as I am up ~17lbs so far. I'm sure some of this is water weight, however, I do not feel bloated whatsoever.

    My strength is still increasing but I did hurt my neck on shrugs a few days ago trying to burn out at 295lbs. So I went to a chiropractor, who happened to be into bodybuilding, and said I should take the next 3 weeks off. I am giving it 3 days or so and going to see how I feel. Not the best time for me to be out of the gym.

    I am excited for the next few weeks as I am hoping this is where I will encounter most of my gains and strength. I have increased caloric intake to 4000k + and added a half cup a day of olive oil to my diet. The chiropractor actually recommended this.

    Test Week 7

    Im coming up on week seven and I am at 188lbs. It seems like I have made most of my gains in the first 5 weeks (18lbs) and now its tapering off. I have increased calories by 400-500 a day and discontinued cardio.

    Shouldnt the majority of my gains come in the second half of the cycle? My understanding is that for some individuals, effects dont even kick in until week 7 so I am confused. What do you all think?

    wow im very impressed with ur photos,youre lats are very well defined giving you a great v shape.its something alot of people ignore or dont put enough time into which is stupid the wider the shoulders and back the better.Youre waist looks narrower and you wont suffer from bad posture either.keep up the good work youre doing a great job,but u wana lose the boxers bro,wat colour are they pink??

    hahaha thanks man. my girlfriend gave me those boxers.... they are actually more red. I seem to be blessed with good genes giving me a high metabolism which helps reduce excess fat around my waist... at the same time making it more difficult to bulk. anyways thanks for the feedback.

    Starting week 11. Currently weigh in at 192lbs. So Ive gained about 3lbs in the past 3 week. Pretty dissapointed with my lack of progress during the past few weeks. Im going to continue through week 12 and Ill post end results.

    11 Weeks - All Done

    So I just finished my first 11 week cycle of Test C at 400mg per week. My final weight is 192lbs at 11%BF. So +22lbs some of which Im sure is water. See the pic below for my final shot. As you can see relative to the pics I posted earlier, it seems a lot of the weight I have gained is in my mid section.

    But nonetheless I feel stronger and bigger so I am satisfied. I thought I could get to 195lbs but it just didnt happen for me. Thanks for all the input guys.
