I'm four weeks into my very fist cycle. I am using Test Cyp at 400mg/week.
I'm 24 5'11" and was 170lbs at start 11% BF. About 6 months ago I was at 178lbs but had since cut down. Now into week four of my cycle I have seen great strength gains.
Weight is currently at 182lbs. L-dex is being taken daily and have nolva on hand. So I'm up 12lbs in four weeks which is good but I can accomplish this without test on my current routine, which consist of 3500-4000 calories per day, 220g of protein, and heavy lifting. I also have been taking creatine but recently stopped several days ago.
How much of my gains do all think is water? I realize 12lbs is good but as everyone knows this can be done in 4 weeks with the proper diet, lifting, and creatine. What do you all think? Is my goal of 190lbs cut realistic? Im hoping to hit 195 or so and figure 5 of it will be bloat or water lost to get to 190lbs and then maintain maintain maintain....
