I'm have been training for a fire department and I'm looking to up my speed, strength and endurance. I have been lifting for about a year with some results, but I need more. I'm looking for some orals (no injections - too long of detection time) that will help out. I've been looking at Winstrol and T-Bol (any other suggestions?)...I'd like some help with doses, cycles, diet and PCT.

BTW - Any suggestions on pre-workout's that will give more energy (I've just finished NO-Xplode)..feel like I need something stronger. Thanks.
