**ucked up cycle! How long before I can start again?

Hi! I started a cycle then I found this board and I realised I was making a big mistake with my cycle.

I have done one shot of 200mg Deca and about two weeks of 30mg Dbol everyday.

I`ve been quoted three weeks of Clomid Therapy 21 days after that shot of deca. I`m going to use this time getting my bf down and generally toning myself on some clem.

What I need to know is after the PCT how long before can I start a new course?
One I`ve actually researched on this board this time

if you are determined to start another cycle in the future anyway,why not go and get some test enanthate,enough for 10 weeks then do your pct.if you pct after the deca has worn off you could be waiting a month or two before you can start again.

bro not any time soon... i would recommend that by the next time you do your next cycle you should know the ins outs and every little thing about the compound(s) that your going to be cycling. If you ask me, your not ready for a cycle at all but if you are going to do another one... It is recommended that a person should do 2 full cycles per year. Obviously people cycle all year around, but thats what is recommended.

what are your stats? When did you quit this "cycle" How long have you been on Clomid?

I`m 30. 185 lbs. 6 feet tall. About 12% BF. My goals were just to put on size with this first course. I got some bad advice bought into what being told to me then I was told about this site and realised I`d been sold on a bad course. It was 30 mg Dbol for the first four weeks with 200 mg of Deca a week. I Found this site and realised without a decent Test in there I`m going to put on very little size and probably get Deca dick.

I have done one shot of Deca a week ago and I was doing 30 mg of Dbol until yesterday. I`m still taking 20 mg of Nolvadex and 20 mg Proviron each alternating every day. I haven`t started the clomid yet because I`ve read that you don`t need to start until 21 days after your last jab.

I was only going to hit two courses a year. I want to get quailty and size. But after messing up with this first course I wanted to at least get a good course in asap.

you are not going to have done very much harm with a single shot of deca and d-bol at 30mg for 2 weeks mate...............
do your pct,give it a couple of weeks then get yourself sorted,ie do some research then try again.........................

yeah I agree with booz. Do your pct and then RESEARCH your next cycle. Which of course should be test only. good luck bro. Stick around here these guys will make you a pro in no time

I made the same mistake my first cycle. Did a shot of deca and then waited two weeks(without pct) and started the cycle. No ill effects.

This site has been such a big help already. I`m just glad I didn`t find eight weeks in and wondering why I couldn`t get it up anymore.

It seems some people will sell you anything to make a quick buck...

I`ve been looking at the novice cycles on the home page and I`ll probably go with the Testosterone Enanthate at 400 mg for 12 weeks & Dbol at 20 mg for four weeks.

But before then I`ll do the PCT, lean myself up a bit and hit myself with the idiot stick!

yeah bro your ok youll get good advice here ive heard people bad mouth forums like this but ill tell them really quick without forums like this and the knowledgable members in it there would be alot of people hurting themselves.
