    5.5 weeks out - Am i on track ?

    Hello all,

    Its your friend from Iraq. Im 5.5 weeks out from first show and 7.5 weeks out from second. I feel like im on track ! Let me know what you guys think.... hand held body fat thingy says 11.1.... I dont think so....
