hurt, whats a smart approach to healing

    Doc,
I have been sick on and off for a month and it has really affected the quality of my workouts and sleep. Yesterday I was flat bench pressing, 135x10, 225x10, 295x10, 315x7, on my last rep, while the bar was coming down to my chest I felt intense pain like a pulled muscle in the lateral portion of the R pec near the attachment point at the humerus. I was working without a spot and had to drive the weight up, hurting myself more. I did not hear any unusual noises, other than a string of profanities from my own mouth. 24 hours later, there is no bruising or unsusual appearance of the pec/or balling up that might suggest the tendon had seperated. My pec hurts a lot, and I am afraid I will hurt myself if I go back to train any surrounding muscles.
Also, I just finished a 3 month TE cycle 5 days ago, and am apprehensive to take off too much time. I have my pct ready to start in a couple weeks. Do you have any ideas for rehab and treatment that might help me out. Any help is highly appreciated by any, Thanks.

take at least a wk or two off, 800mg of motrin 3 times a day,ice 20 minutes for every two hours, dont use any heat, and rest, if you dont feel any better in 2 wks seek an ortho, also, massage therapy or acupuncture can also help, but the main thing is rest, you need to listen to your body when you are hurt,
