Wuz up fellas? I had a question; do you guys know of people that eat pretty much whatever they want and look thick and ripped and aren't juiced. I ask because I have noticed that on weeks where I eat a lot; simple or complex I feel thicker and even leaner than when I diet. When I diet I tend to lool gaunt and it is hard for me to hold on to size. I was a classic ectomorph my whole life. I didn't break 155 till I was 19. Now if I don't diet or do cardio I come in at around 195. I am thinking of eating a diet where I only cut desserts and junk food! But I eat everything else, simple or complex! I wonder what the results would be and I would do cardio 3-5x's per week.
