    Bad Luck with this Shit...

This first cycle of mine I have had nothing but bad luck. Last week I took off everything upperbody due to a sore rotator cuff. I focused primarily on legs, cardio and abs. This week my rotator cuff feels great. I have an awesome chest and an awesome back workout under my belt. However, I just woke up about an hour ago and I have a tingling numbing pain in my right elbow. I went to the hospital for it last year and with an x ray they found nothing. When I move my arm a certain way it shoots up the whole right side of my arm like I just got stabbed by a big ass knife. so who knows, this is the 5th week of my cycle and my strength gains have been awesome thus far and I have put on some noticable mass, but this is pissing me off to havin' to keep taking days off. Anybody have an idea of what this bullshit might be with my arm?

that's what I was thinkin', more along the lines of a pinched nerve. Because the x ray didn't see a damn thing. But I wonder what triggers this nonsense, I mean I haven't had a problem for a year, give or take a month. I wonder if I slept on the damn thing wrong or something....

i had a similar prob when i was going heavy on close grip bench press.
half of my left arm would go numb for a long time, very aggravating.
i slacked off c/g Bp for a while and switched to a wider grip and eventually it went away.
my guess is i had my wrist in a bad position with too much weight and pinched a nerve.

Yea as far as my shoulder goes I know I did it when I maxed out because I came down WAYYY to fast and it hurt right after that. So I'm stayin' away from all that for a while. I slept differently yesterday because I couldn't sleep at all. I slept on my back with my arm behind my head and when I woke up the whole lower part of my right arm was numb as hell for a few minutes. I am willing to bet that MAY have triggered it. I had back day yesterday and I didn't do anything that caused me immediate pain, hell I don't know. All of these possibilities along with some of the ones ya'll posted, who knows what caused it, all I know is that it is annoying and I have shoulders thursday and arms friday.....aaahhhhhhhh.....
