Hi everyone, I'm a 30y/o male in SoCal. I am trying to get in better shape and add mass then cut down my BF%. I'm ~197 now and want to be ~220-240 after the BF drop. I am here to learn more about diet, exercise routines, and cycles.
I could use a workout partner as I have lots of free time and no one to help me get the most out of my workouts.
