whats exactly happening with it? I heard talk of it being reversed due to Bush losing popularity, as the american public well..dont agree with it

just curious, what with the UK's push forward to become a major capital for gambling

I think it has lost steam. The normal joe doesn't give a crap about that stuff and if the IRS could figure out how to tax a site in Aruba that is making millions off of US citizens then the govt wouldn't care either. It is also to passify the religous right who screams we don't do it and neither should you.

They already have enough laws in place to effectively shut down internet gambling in the US.

yah if there are any really easy ways to get rich in this country, the government is on it to regulate it in some form or way.
