Metabolism. Everyone is different. You have to find your ballance point. But the obvious answer seems to be "Your normal meals are putting you at a caloric deficit."Originally Posted by kwakisaki
There are lots of things to consider here: callories, Macros, timing of the meals. But the bottome line is you will respond differently to food than anyone else. You just have to learn your body.

watch your macros.
You need to keep your macros balanced, because from the same amount of calories you can gain fat or muscle ***ending on your macros.

Your bros body is under what is called starvation mode. His body will slow down his matabolism alot in order to preserve as many calories as possible, b/c it thinks its starving and doenst know when the next meal will come.Originally Posted by kwakisaki
