    Your Grocery List

    What's everyones grocery list like... What do you guys get and how much of each do you get... I'm trying to eat healthier but there's so much to choose from, just would like some examples!

    Chicken, Broccolli, Natty PB, Brown Rice, Tuna, 5 1/2 dozen Eggs, Crystal Light

    8 packs crystal light
    15 oatmeal bars
    15 fat free yogurts
    that covers 5 days worth of lunches and breakfast and a few suppers....
    $200 bucks every week

    But...
    Chocolate milk
    Yogurt
    Cottage cheese
    Chicken breast
    Low carb or high protein bread
    Apples/oranges/pears/banans
    fish
    Ground chicken/ or ground turkey
    Lots of cheese.... I usually read labels to make my choices
    Small eggs, I notice I'll eat the same amount of eggs no matter what, so I buy the small ones to cut back on cal's
    Diet pop and/or diet ice tea

    fish oil caps
    hawthorn berry
    3 cannisters of quaker oats
    4-5 12oz cans of light tuna (in water..not oil..gross)
    6 dozen jumbo eggs
    paper plates/bowls
    plastic food utinsels
    6 gallons of ozarka water mmm


    thats all I can think of for now

    I spend $100-150 a week on food

    Just went to costco for some weekly proteins

    4 x 18XL Eggs 7.40
    Naked Juice (Green Machine) 6.99
    7lbs Boneless/Skinless Chicken breast 19.53
    4.9lbs Top Sirloin 23.81

    I also go through about 5lbs of salmon every 2 weeks, but still have some for this week. And I get all veggies and Cottege cheese and fatfree yogert at local grocery store, along with carb sources.

    i spend mabye 100 a week.

    Lots of eggs Eggs
    Lots of chicken
    Brown rice
    12 cans of Tuna in water.
    whole weat bread
    natty pb (every 2 weeks)
    Lettuce, apples, pinapple, oranges, bananna's, brocoli, asapragus
    Oats, even no i forgot them last week
    If i can afford some steak or ground beef

    since the goddamn stores in this area are trying to put it in our pooper by making the price of chicken as high as 5 dollars a pound, i wait around for the right deal when chicken gets down to 2 dollars or under a pound, and will spend a 100 dollars on chicken at once lol...

    besides that, green tea, and xlarge eggs, marinades.....thats pretty much it right now....i am eating such low carbs now, so what i have should last me an eternity

    Every 2 weeks

    5 dozen eggs
    3 bags of chicken breast (great value brand)
    3 tubs fat free cottage cheese
    family sized (usually 4)container ribeye steaks
    1 tub oatmeal
    1 bag grapefruit
    1 family sized frozen brocclli or other veggie
    1 small box of brown rice.

    then ill ususally pick up some type of sauce or marinade for chicken for the next couple weeks.

    I dont even make a list anymore and I have the same exact pattern everytime I go to walmart.

    really wish I had access to cost co. that would make life alot easier.

    I mix up my carbs most of the day but Like to eat my eat as follows:
    Egg whites
    Beef
    Beef
    Fish
    Chicken
    Fish

    So the meat is always the same but the other shit varies.
