Small eggs, I notice I'll eat the same amount of eggs no matter what, so I buy the small ones to cut back on cal's

I also go through about 5lbs of salmon every 2 weeks, but still have some for this week. And I get all veggies and Cottege cheese and fatfree yogert at local grocery store, along with carb sources.
i spend mabye 100 a week.

since the goddamn stores in this area are trying to put it in our pooper by making the price of chicken as high as 5 dollars a pound, i wait around for the right deal when chicken gets down to 2 dollars or under a pound, and will spend a 100 dollars on chicken at once lol...
besides that, green tea, and xlarge eggs, marinades.....thats pretty much it right now....i am eating such low carbs now, so what i have should last me an eternity
Every 2 weeks
5 dozen eggs
3 bags of chicken breast (great value brand)
3 tubs fat free cottage cheese
family sized (usually 4)container ribeye steaks
1 tub oatmeal
1 bag grapefruit
1 family sized frozen brocclli or other veggie
1 small box of brown rice.
then ill ususally pick up some type of sauce or marinade for chicken for the next couple weeks.
I dont even make a list anymore and I have the same exact pattern everytime I go to walmart.
really wish I had access to cost co. that would make life alot easier.
