Puberty-gyno

I have reasonable low bodyfat prosentage, and i have puffy nipples, and a lump under each nipple, this bothers me very much.

I wonder what i could do to make it better, some drugs that can reduce or help me get rid of the gyno?

Or must I get surgery, thanks.

But I wonder if I would get this coverd? due to that it`s not via drugs I have gotten it?

I have quite a bit of muscles tho, so maybe they think I got it via roids..
