    That spent feeling: Probably overtrained.

Like a girly man, I just wanted to whine about feeling tired. In the past, I could handle all out, balls to the wall training. But this year, I seemed to reach and exceed my limits. What's different? I'm a year older (38). I smoked a pack a day up until two months ago (I did this for about 4 months - foolish I know). I'm also using clen, t3, test prop, test E, and masterone prop. I'm going to go all the way with this and get super ripped (I'll post pics) but I guess I'll be dragging my ass rather than feeling my oats! Getin' old brothers! Woes me!

sometimes time off is more important than consistancy..ive been in stages where training is going so well i just want to go every day and end up burning myself out..im on a week off right now because of that..and it sucks, cause i think about working out every hour of every day, but i know its for the best..you look ripped tho bro, and 38 is plenty young..look at vince taylor man! and hes got over a decade on ya..i got my dad in the gym when he turned 53 years old, and he was benching 225 for reps before he was 54...anway hang in there, and props on quitting smoking, thats definately a huge ****in step in the right direction.

Hey thanks for the kind words. Yeah I have discipline problems when it come to letting up. Same with my cardio. I'll say to myself, I'm dropping weight too fast. Do a half hour only. I'll end up doing an hour. I like all or nothing but sometimes there's something to say about just being smart.

Ahhh. I hear my evil inner voice talking to me! So much for the voice of reason.
