Hi guys i'm really looking for some of the experienced users to give some real life advice on how to go about preparing my cycle. First of i relies everyone has read something like this & your thinking 'not another one'. I have been researching for the past 12months after being mis directed on my first ever cycle, now am very scepticall to what i do & i just seem to pick up so many different opinions. I'm very serious about my training, with my diet at its best over the past 12 months. Iam 6'1 - 196 lbs with b% of 17. I have a average intake of 5000 calories a day which consist of 392g - Protien 392g - Carbs.
Now here comes the killer question??? Advice on my cycle, am really keen on using Deca + Test E, what should be the ideal dosage, how long, etc. Any help would be very much appreciated and i apologize in advise for those who are sick of seeing subject like this, am really just looking for the best advice.
