Ok so... I got alittle creative in the kitchen this morning and I actually think ive found something.
1 cup of oats
2 heaping tablespoons of peanutbutter
2 scoops of vanilla whey
8 egg whites
1/2 cup of water
Blend until completely mixed.
Fry them up with some PAM.
And there you have it...
I suggest getting some sugar free syrup or jelly for flavor.
Now this is a big batch and its VERY filling... I couldnt even finish half.
NOTE: the peanut butter is not for flavor its for protein.
You cant really taste the peanut butter... but if you are really going for that peanut buttery taste your gunna have to add alot more....
While this is not a final recipe its something im working on... I can see me landing something big for breakfast time.
