Active life question - Steroid profiles

In the steroid profiles section, at the end it says the active life of each substabce.

Is this the half life or the total life?

For example. test Enanthate- Active life = 15 days

the enathate ester has a half life of approx 10-12 days if i'm not mistaken.

Please enlighten me.

i'd like to know because for me the rule of the thumb is to inject (frequency) at half of the half life.

So if enanthate has a helf life of 10 days for example, I would want to inject every 5th day.

The active life part is confusing.

You need to find the useful half life and not just the Half Life of the compound

For Test E, you need to inject once every 3.5 days in order for blood levels to be consistent.

How long the compound stays in your system is a different matter all together

The enanthate lasts approx 3 weeks after last shot. (Not including metabolites). I always inject every 4th day.
