Besides the basics
sleep,balanced diet,good workout routine,creatine, protein, trib, zma, glutemine, vit and min and bcaas. What are some other supps I can add to my arsenal to keep getting good gains. I have to say when i first started back to working out hardcore i gained about 30 pounds of mass off of the basics but i would like to find something better not gear because Im still pretty young only 21. Maybe somthing like hgh or something i dont throw me a bone. Or what about 6oxo never got answer on my other thread about that.
