3rd Cycle Questions about Test Only

I've completed 2 cycles:

1st cycle: Sustanon @ 500mg a week for 12 week

2nd cycle: Test E @ 750mg (10 weeks); Deca @ 600mg(8 weeks); DBol @ 50mg for 4 weeks

I had great results with both cycles.

I use primarily for competing in powerlifting. My stats are as follow:
6'5", 295lbs, 19.75% bf

I had my bf tested at the local university using the underwater method. I know my bf is high for using, but I'm more in it more the strength gains.

My question is regarding a 3rd cycle. I'm thinking of just running Test @ 1000mg a week for 12 weeks. I probably run some Nolvadex @ 10mg ed. I had a problem the 2nd cycle and took nolvadex during the cycle. Everything worked out great.

Any thoughts on running just a Test cycle again. I see where some people say that the second go around is not as effective. Any help would be appreciated? Thanks
