Whats everyones thoughts on this stuff? It looks pretty good for pre-workout type deals and endurance.

Its a great product for endurance athlethes!!! Not sure if I would us it if I was just lifting and doin cardio, many runners,cyclist etc use it. They make endurox also which is a great also. Stay away from the orage flav its nasty.
