Rebound effect with Letrozole?

I read this in the main screen of this website under the profile for letrozole, but what do they mean by this? Do you need to take anything with letrozole at the end of using it or do you just merely taper down using it?

You need to taper down the dosage and then continue on with nolva until the estrogen/test balance is restored. If you go from 2.5mg a day of letro and stop, you're estrogen levels will spike and you'll get large amount of sides. Taper down and switch to nolva.
