Yes, that stuff is serious so be carefull on how much you intake
1 squirt should be .25
2 squirts should be .50
3 sqiorts should be .75
and so forth....

i believe all of the squirt pumper thingys are the same: 10 squirts = 1mL

An oral sryinge is the way to go, I get mine from walgreens.

The arr letro works great, absolutely amazing for fighting gyno. Also very good during your PCT and cutting water weight.

Lions letro is the bomb. Lion has great chems and the letro is one of the best. Great for fighting gyno.
