I will be doing this pre cycle to burn off some fat and slim down...for 3-4 weeks..
Or should I just do it during cycle...
I do not know my b/f % t its up there, it makes sense to slim down before starting my cycle does it not..
right now im 5.9' 195lbs at least bf% has to be high...
