    IGF-1 LR3 Question

    This is my first cycle of IGF-1 and i want to make sure I got everything correct before I start my cycle next monday.

    Monday- 25mcg bilateral each side delt...50 mcg total Post workout



    Tuesday - 25mcg bilateral each side delt...50 mcg total Post workout


    Wedneday - Off...no IGF


    Thursday - 25mcg bilateral each side delt...50 mcg total Post workout



    Friday - 25mcg bilateral each side delt...50 mcg total Post workout



    Saturday - 25mcg bilateral each side delt...50 mcg total Post workout



    Sunday - Off...no IGF


    Does that seem like a good way to do this cycle?, ill be running this cycle for 4 weeks and I'll be injecting with a 1/2 inch slin pin. I just wasnt too sure about not injecting at all on off days.

    dam thats a lot of shots in your delts. why dont you try other places? Im not doing the bi-laterial thing. I'll work out bi's, delts and quads twice a week. I just hit each side w/ one complete shot.

    I need help with my lagging side delts, my arms are 20 inches and my front delts are very developed but my side delts just dont grow as well. I figured the more IGF in one bodypart the better. Any vets or mods have an opinion?

    Bump again, my next cycle is exactly the same.

    I will be using the same doses as BigToMCaT.
    1 mth on, 1 month off, for a year.

    Anymore feedback would be great

    If you have a lagging part, shoot all your IGF in that spot as it may help you increase the size around that area. Some say it helps bring up lagging parts, some say it doesn't, so you won't know til you try.

    imo thats way to much in one muscle.. pinning 3 days a week is fine and has worked well for me and others also. if your just aiming for the delts i would bump it up to 30mcg in each delt and 25mcg in the smaller muscles like traps and bis. but for me it has brought up my lagging body parts very well and pleased with the results. i would suggest you do a little more reaserch befor you start this cycle you will find alot of different protacals but well worth the reaserch. but imo thats to much for one muscle, please research more.

    Actually, I think you have done pretty good with the research Tomcat. Even better then that you came to the right place to ask questions.

    I agree with what Gear said. If you are lagging in a body part inject in that area if it will ease your mental state. I for one do not believe in site specific growth with the LR3 version of IGF. In saying that I also dont believe in shooting bilaterally either.

    I have ran LR3 more then a dozen times over the past couple years. I"m actually just finishing up 100mcg ED now. I was in asuch a debate with another MOD on another board onec about the site specific growth. I promised him that i would inject PWO in only my left Bi on w/o days. After exactly 30 days my circumference measurements didnt differ from the right to the left Bi. The point of all that was to bring closure to myself about it.
